By accessing and using CampItUp, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

To use CampItUp, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid subscription key
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Subscription Access

Access to CampItUp requires a subscription key. Subscription keys are non-transferable and for personal use only. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CampItUp only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Share your subscription key with unauthorized users

5. Content

By uploading content to CampItUp:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant CampItUp permission to store and display your content
• You understand that content is shared with all registered users
• You are responsible for the content you upload

6. Shared Platform

CampItUp is a shared platform. All uploaded photos and videos are visible to all registered users. Do not upload sensitive or private content you do not wish to share.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

CampItUp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Data Backup

While we use Google Photos for storage, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting the administrator.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
