1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CampItUp, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

To use the members-only areas of CampItUp, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid subscription key
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3. Subscription Access

Access to the full CampItUp library requires a subscription key. Subscription keys are non-transferable and for personal use only. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time. Certain areas — the public photo gallery, the locations log, and the swag shop — are viewable by anyone without an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CampItUp only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights, including in photos added to the swag catalog
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Share your subscription key with unauthorized users
• Submit abusive, spam, or fraudulent swag requests

5. Your Content

By uploading content to CampItUp:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant CampItUp permission to store and display your content
• You understand that content is shared with all registered members
• You are responsible for the content you upload

6. Public Content

Some areas of CampItUp are public and visible to anyone on the internet. When you mark a photo as public, or add an entry to the shared locations log or swag catalog, you understand that this content becomes viewable by the general public. A sanitized summary of swag requests is also shown publicly, though shipping and contact details are never displayed. Do not make content public that you wish to keep private.

7. Member-Editable Shared Areas

Any logged-in member can add, edit, or delete entries in the shared locations log and the swag catalog, including uploading and replacing item photos. Please treat these shared areas respectfully. Edits and deletions may be permanent, and the administrator may restore or remove content at their discretion.

8. Swag Requests

Swag requests (including for Camp It Up AP Sauce and other items) are requests only — not confirmed orders, purchases, or contracts. We make no guarantee that any request will be fulfilled, and requests may be modified or declined at any time. Anyone may submit a request without an account.

9. Visitor Data

We log basic visitor information (approximate location, timestamps, and pages visited) to power the visitor map and counter, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to this logging.

10. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

CampItUp is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Data Backup

Your content is stored on our servers, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting the administrator.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
